Rammed Earth we have been wating for all year!  Steve & Maud Grater are building a much needed yard wall with Rammed Earth & Gabion (metal mesh & rock) sections and need your help.   Join us in building this most complicated RE build.  It includes a curved wall, a vertical curve, 4 colors, roto tiller mixing, pneumatic tamping, symons forms, custom curved metal forms, etc.  At leaast it is close to home at Ft. Lowell & Countyr Club.  

8am - Morning Stretch w/ the Happy Tampers

8:30am - First mix

9am - 12pm - Mix & Tamp 

12pm-12:30pm Lunch

12:30pm- 4pm - Mix & Tamp. water provided throughout the day.

This is a Volunteer & Learn opportunity which is a tuition free program offering.  V&L programs are a hands on experiance without much time for question & answer.  Progress must be made each day which leaves little time to answer all of everyones questions.  Lunch time may provide some time for Q&A.  If you would like a more comprehensive experience please consider our workshop offerings.  Our workshops are tuition based and will get far into the twigs of the subject.
