Owner Ray Clamons is a Tucson Native and works as a Sustainability professional by way of Architecture, Landscape and Permaculture design. We are doing our part to decarbonize the building industry utilizing low carbon materials and high performance methods to design & build beautiful places. NBW strives to inspire compassionate leadership dedicated to climate action.
Natural Building Works is our way of impacting the built environment and educating the public about sustainable, natural building materials and methods. NBW holds a Residential and Commercial General Contractors license and Ray is a Certified Passive House Consultant. Our educational offerings inspire participants to live a meaningful life with less environmental impact while becoming leaders in the sustainability field.

Founded by Ray Clamons
Natural Building Works is a Design-Build Architecture company building a Volunteer network and support system to help clients choose Natural Building over Code Minimum Building. When possible we build workshops around each project to offer volunteers a learning experience, and owners an affordable labor force. Each project we build is designed to be self sufficient creating it's own power, collecting it's own water and growing food. We build more than buildings we are building community.
